Shipping Options and Policies
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day we receive them!
Orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated.
In the USA:
*Overnight shipping is available for all of our products. Call us at +1.877 242 6997 to make sure the product is available before choosing the Overnight delivery option. OVernight shipping will be sent out the same day if the order is received before 1:00PM, PST.
2nd Day Shipping: *2nd day air will be delivered on the second business day after you place your order. 2nd day orders placed after 1:00PM PST on Friday through Sunday will deliver on the following Wednesday. 2nd day delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
3rd Day Shipping: *3rd day delivery will be delivered the third business day after you place your order. 3rd day orders placed after 1:00PM PST on Friday through Sunday will deliver on the following Thursday. 3rd day delivery is unavailable on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
Standard Shipping: *Standard ground shipping may be delivered in 4-6 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the region and is the most cost effective.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories: *Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii and any U.S. Territory will be shipped via priority mail through the U.S. Postal Service and are not "time" guaranteed. UPS, FedEx, and DHL require 2nd Day Air shipping.
To Canada:
We do not ship Rad2Go Electric Scooter to Canada due to strict laws regarding motorized vehicles.
International:
We will not ship Rad2Go Electric Scooters Internationally.
